I advise that the annual general meeting will be held at our clubroom at the Mangalore TPRC range at 10:00 am on Sunday 3rd August 2025.
The business of the meeting is to:
(a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting. (b) to receive from the committee, auditor, and servants of the Association, reports on the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year. (c) to elect the officers of the Association and the ordinary committee members. (d) to appoint the auditor and determine his or her remuneration. (e) to determine the remuneration of servants of the Association.

Nominations must be forwarded to the Public Officer at PO Box 5, Brighton, 7030, in time to be received at the close of business on Thursday 31st July 2025.
